Kathryn Nevel, MD
Kathryn Nevel is a board certified assistant professor of neuro-oncology at Indiana University. She received a bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience and Anthropology at Tulane University. After receiving her MD from Indiana University, she couples matched with her husband to University of Virginia. There she completed her neurology residency, serving as chief resident in her final year. Afterwards, she went to Memorial Sloan Kettering for a two-year neuro-oncology fellowship and served as chief fellow before returning home to Indiana University, where she is on faculty in the department of neurology. She and her husband have two children, Asher and Vida.
