Dr. Do received his MD at the University of California (UC), Riverside/Los Angeles Thomas Haider Biomedical Sciences Program in 2006. He completed residency training in neurology in 2010 at UC Irvine, and a fellowship in SCI medicine in a joint program at UC Irvine/Long Beach VA Medical Center/Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center in 2011. He is an assistant professor in the Department of Neurology at UC Irvine. His research is in developing and applying BCIs to help people with paralysis due to neurological injuries to improve or regain motor function. His research is supported by the NSF and NIH.
