Dimitri Kullmann is a professor of neurology at the UCL Queen Square Institute of Neurology, London. He trained in medicine and physiological sciences in Oxford and London, and obtained his DPhil in Oxford. After a post-doctoral fellowship at UCSF with Roger Nicoll he completed neurology training in London. His laboratory has made advances in fundamental synaptic transmission, mechanisms of neurological channelopathies, and experimental gene therapy for epilepsy. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society and of the Academy of Medical Sciences, and is the Editor of Brain.
